The Working Group Media Anthropology of the German Anthropological Association (GAA/DGSKA, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Sozial- und Kulturanthropologie) supports the networking of anthropologists researching media in its broadest sense in culturally and socially situated contexts. 

We are regularly organizing workshops, panels and other events to bring together anthropologists researching media with a themed focus. We are always open to new members and collaborations. If you would like to be part of the working group, suggest a workshop topic, or collaborate in other ways, please do get in touch!
